I bought a 12′ X 20′ Lofted Barn from Davis Portable Buildings about 6 months ago. I special ordered it due to me being so picky. They built exactly what I ask for. My building had to be put behind my house in a very hard location to get to. The delivery guys were very certeous and professional. They put it exactly where I wanted it down to the exact foot.They are very nice guys and we got a very good deal. I love my building and I have had no problems at all with it. On October 24, 2012 we ordered a 10′ X 16′ Lofted Utility Barn from “Davis Portable Buildings” at Glenwood, Arkansas. We had looked for one for some time and when we saw this one we knew it was what we wanted. It is so well built. They made sure that it was just what we needed.

When they delivered it to our home they set it in place with great care. Every one was so nice and friendly.

I’m quite satisfied with the looks, construction & service of my new Cottage Shed (10 X 16). A couple of reasons I chose Davis Portable Buildings over their competition was the availability of a Full Workshop across one end of the building. I couldn’t have bought one for the price, secondly, Davis would paint the building to any colors I wanted. I chose the OSB Board siding with 2 paint colors that matched the trim on our house.

The salesman was knowledgeable on the construction techniques & materials, which helped me decide the final specs of my building.

We had a 14′ X 40′ log cabin built on site in Hot Springs, Arkansas. We could not have asked for better service and finished product than that which we got from Davis Portable Buildings. We had asked for several special additions to the cabin, as we wanted the loft extended out a additional 4′, and an extra window added in the loft area, and the building blocked up high enough off the ground to work under. All of the requested items was done as requested. The cabin was built in a very timely manner even with all the snow and ice they had to deal with. The only problem we had with the cabin, was the front door opened the wrong direction. We inquired about this and they said “no problem” we can fix that and two days later they sent a guy (Cody) out to the cabin to change the door. With us living out of town and not getting to see the cabin in progress, Cody kept us updated on the cabin’s progress daily by phone and pictures (texted). Davis Portable Buildings did a great job, and has good customer service and a GREAT FINISHED PRODUCT!! We are very happy with our log cabin built by them, and plan on using them again for our portable building needs.
