2″ X 6″ Floor Joists: Pressure treated wood on ALL buildings, NOT 2″ X 4″!
¾” Tongue and Groove AvanTech Flooring: Not regular 5/8″ plywood like most portable building companies use. Our tongue and groove AdvanTech flooring insures against shrinking and prevents small insects and rodents from entering your building through the floor as well as superior resistance to moisture.
Hot Dipped Galvanized nails: ALL exposed nails are galvanized ring shanked for maximum durability of the building and to prevent rust spots and stains.
Premium Pressure Treated 4″ X 6″ Skids: Notched every 16” centers, 1 ½ inches deep into the runner to prevent twisting of floor joist, (garages models only on 12” centers of the floor joist.) ALL floor joists & skids are treated to prevent standard rot and decay of the wood.
Superior Smart Panel Siding: Our Painted Smart Panel Siding has a 50 year warranty, the first 5 years of that are all inclusive: labor, materials, nails and paint.
Treated T1-11 Siding: Our treated T 1-11 Siding has a limited lifetime warranty to insure the long lasting value of your building.
Quality Metal Roofing: Our Metal Roofing has a 45 year warranty.
7/16″ OSB Decking: 7/16″ OSB Decking is used when decking the roofs of buildings.

FREE Portable Building DELIVERY: Free Delivery within a 50 mile radius of each of our portable building dealers, every mile driver thereafter is $3.00 per mile. Set up is also free, all you have to pay for are the blocks your building will set upon. For 14′ wide buildings add an additional $1.50 per mile after 50 miles for 1 escort vehicle. For 16′ wide buildings add an additional $3.00 per mile after 50 miles for 2 escort vehicles.
Portable Building Financing: The low monthly lease to own rates are comparable to mini storage rates per square food. All lease payments are based on 60 months, we also have 36 and 48 month Rent to Own portable building financing programs as well.
***WE DO use pressure treated materials as a standard building feature on all of our quality made portable buildings, except for flooring***
**You do have the option of pressure treated flooring in your portable building, if you desire, for an addition fee.**
